Please join us at Unity of Port St. Lucie for a unique and powerful sound healing event, where you will sink into a deeply satisfying sonic experience- an immersion into subtle frequencies, rhythms and melodies which refresh, restore and renew the bioenergetic system. As a sound healer and musician with over 30 years experience, Rosie Warburton will set the stage for profound healing and personal transformation as she plays Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, flutes, gongs, ocean drums, rain sticks, rattles and more. When played with awareness, intention and sensitivity, these sacred healing instruments pierce through the layers of internal chatter and restlessness of the mind quickly allowing the listener to drop into a deep state of relaxation.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. We suggest you bring your own blanket, yoga mat, pillows or bolsters- whatever you need to be comfortable, if you wish to lie on the floor. There will be some extra yoga mats provided. Chairs will also be provided for those who prefer sitting.
