I am honored to be returning to the beautiful Watersong Peace Chamber in Saxapahaw, NC. I will be offering a Healing Sound Journey on Saturday, October 4 at 7 pm, followed up with private sound healing sessions on Sunday and Monday.

The evening will start with the Durga Stuti, a Sanskrit prayer to invoke and connect with the divine feminine power of the goddess Durga, followed by a sound journey holding the intention of transformation and integration. During the sound journey I will play a wide assortment of instruments from around the world including Himalayan singing bowls, rattles from the Amazon, various flutes, crystal bowls, bells, chimes and more. These sacred healing instruments pierce through the layers of internal chatter and restlessness of the mind, quickly allowing the listener to drop into a deep state of relaxation and spontaneous meditation.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mats, blankets and pillows or chairs- whatever will allow you the most comfort.
