Weather permitting, this will be an outdoor sound immersion at the beautiful Owl Creek Farm Resort in Murphy, NC. You will be surrounded by the sounds of animals, birds, the rustle of leaves and the nearby creek, along with the other-wordly sounds Rosie brings forth from her array of instruments. (In the event of rain we will be indoors.)

Bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillow and cozy up on the outdoor deck, or on the grass if you prefer and bathe in the sacred sounds of gongs, flutes, Himalayan & crystal singing bowls and other instruments from around the world which are known for their capacity to refresh, restore and renew the bioenergetic system. When played with awareness, intention and sensitivity, these sacred healing instruments pierce through the layers of internal chatter and restlessness of the mind, allowing the listener to quickly drop into a deep state of relaxation.
