For three full days you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in an assortment of powerful sound healing meditations and practices designed to help you drop into the deepest parts of yourself, release that which no longer serves you and step into the fullness and freedom of Being that is YOU!
Begin your journey with a vision quest using sound as the vehicle for inner exploration. Other offerings will include an evening gong bath, healing sound meditations, early morning yoga, a sunrise sound journey, walking meditation and more.
This is a time for renewal, inner exploration and self-nurturing using sound and expressive art as your primary vehicles. What would you like to release or let go of? What would you like to integrate more fully? Along with the group experiences there will be plenty of opportunities for processing in your own way through yoga, silent meditation, movement and trance dance, journaling, expressive art therapy and group sharing.
